The ultimate goal of functional medicine is to optimize health. Western medicine usually focuses on symptom management but fails to address the underlying causes of illness.

For instance, when your check oil light comes on, do you change your oil or do you unplug the light? The same thing applies to your health. When you have a symptom this usually means something is off within the body. In functional medicine we ask why, and then find and treat the underlying cause, instead of focusing on symptom management.

For all DPC members this type of care is included! At Wellness Redefined, you will have options. You, the patient, get to guide your treatment plan. We can take a root cause approach or use traditional care models. All options are discussed.

Functional Medicine Package

(6 months)

3 in person visits, 2 phone check-ins, and emails in between visits 

$400 initial visit fee (not including labs)

$200 per month starting the following month (x5 months)

This is a 6 month deep dive to figure out and reverse the cause of symptoms. This includes 3 in person visits and 2 phone follow ups. Primary care can be added on at any time. With this package, primary care is NOT included - meaning we will not do wellness exams, screenings, sick visits (colds/ coughs), or allow texting with the providers. All communication is via email, phone, and in person visits. We also do not prescribe medications or BHRT without a primary care membership.
